For 10 years ENG has been a leading Electrical in London and the surrounding areas, developing both our own projects and also buildings for private Clients and developers all to a very high standard.
Clients can draw on our long experience in this field, where we are able to advise them on all aspects from choosing the specification developing plans and designs and Building regulations approval through to the selection of suitable finishing's. Where we develop a site for several units for a client, we pride ourselves on going that extra mile and almost treating the project as one of our own.
We look out for the Clients interest in all aspects of the development and act as co-ordinator if required. Our portfolio in this sector includes large high spec houses, multiple apartment units and small/medium sized housing association schemes.

ENG Electrical ltd have a wealth of experience in both Contracting and Design and Build commercial fit out work.
In addition to traditional forms electrical installation we specialise in lighting control, Lighting design, modular power, and distribution. we also have expertise in the more specialised fields of industrial and commercial electrical work such as door access control, network installations fire alarm design and installation.
Whether it be a shell and core works or inclusive of a full fit out, ENG Electrical has the skills and the knowledge to deliver your project to the highest standard.
Education and Sector Works
At ENG Electrical, education is an important part of our business. In addition to working for regional and local councils, we also regularly work in partnership with school governing bodies and Academies in conjunction with our clients.
Our experience in this sector covers all pupil age ranges. We understand the changing school environment with its emphasis on schools at the heart of their communities and the need for close communication on projects of all sizes and scale.
This approach minimises disruption to the day to day running of the school and ensures the maximum level of safety for all involved, or associated with, the construction works. Recent projects have ranged from classroom extensions, multi classroom teaching blocks including science labs, IT suites and Food Technology classrooms, new sports halls and facilities, through to complete new modular primary schools.
